Herbs for Immune Health

Fall and winter are full of challenges to your immune health. Working with herbs can be extremely helpful to increase your body’s resilience and ability to fight off illness. Unfortunately, so much of the herb information available is overly simplified or incomplete. It makes figuring out how to work with herbs effectively very challenging! This is a class to help you understand how your immune system works and give you the information and confidence you need to improve your health with herbs.
In this class, you will learn about various aspects of immune health and how you can work with herbs to improve your immune system. You will discover which herbs help most when you are starting to get sick, what works best when you just can’t seem to get better, and how to repair depleted immunity. Gain insight into kid’s immune herbs, autoimmune issues, and herbs that stimulate, modulate, and strengthen your immune system. You will learn how each herb works in the body to give you the confidence to know when working with that plant would be most useful.
Easy recipes for immune health will be included. You will also receive a handout with plant names, dosages, and which parts of the plant are medicinal- important info that is somehow often strangely missing in many online resources and books! This class will give you the information you need to help keep yourself and your family healthy through cold and flu season and beyond.
