For many of us, there’s a wide gap between studying about a plant in a book and actually using that plant as medicine in real life. Stepping into real-world application can feel daunting—especially when you’re met with a sea of contradictory or incomplete information online.
Simply put, a lot of what we find in books isn’t enough to work with plants effectively. You might find a list of uses for an herb, but still feel uncertain about how it is truly interacting with the human body. It is even harder to find guidance that explores complex health issues with any depth.
These aren’t just personal hurdles; they are barriers to integrated, effective herbal medicine. My goal is to help you move beyond the books and apply herbal knowledge safely and skillfully.
